We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 days. Minor fixes we are happy to make at no extra charge if you have purchased our aftercare and are taking proper care of your lashes. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you. We ask that you are honest about the care you have given your lashes.

If you are not happy because your lashes are not as thick as you wanted additional fees will be applied. Lash thickness depends on your natural lashes, you may need to upgrade to volume or mega volume. But, we are here to help you decide. If you are not happy with the style you chose additional appointment may be needed at an additional charge.

Please book your appointment online. We have a 24 hour booking system. If you need help booking your appointment please give us a call. We are happy to help.


We require a $20 deposit prior to booking your appointment.


Please give us a 24-hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment your deposit will not be refunded. You will owe a $20 fee for each appointment missed. Although we sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.

If you arrive late, we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service fee.


If you wait more than 5 weeks to get a fill we will need to book you for a returning client full set as most people’s lashes last 3-4 weeks.


We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard only.


Please do not leave your children under 12 years old alone in the waiting room. If you want to make the most of your time for your service, it would be best for you to leave your children with another care taker. Our staff is not equipped to provide child care.


We do not give refunds on any services, products, or item at Bloom. For sanitary reasons, products cannot be returned. All sales are final.


If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. An allergy test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request.

*Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes. Additional fees apply. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates which can cause reactions. We highly recommend an allergy test.

Allergic reactions

We do not provide parking. Willow Glen has street parking and parking in local parking lots. To plan your visit to Bloom, please leave 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to find parking. Do not park in nearly shop’s parking. This can cause you to be towed.

Contact lenses MUST BE removed during lash applications. Please bring a lens case to store
your lenses in during your appointment. You may put your contact lenses back in following
your appointment.

  • Come to your appointment eye makeup free, this means no mascara, eyeliner
    or eye shadow.

  • Lash extensions MUST NOT contact water, steam or heavy humidity for 24 hrs
    after application. Avoid oils in moisturizers and makeup.

  • Eyelash extensions CANNOT be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesives.

  • Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or
    affecting the eye area in advance.

  • You must wash your lashes daily and seal lashes every three days.

We collect your personal information such as your name, email and telephone number in order to create an easy client booking database and to keep you informed about all the fun stuff were up to. We know how annoying it is to get junk mail so will never disclose your personal information to any third party. We keep your card on file. Your card is secure.
